CHEER BASICS CLASS:
This class will focus on motion technique, motion drills, jump technique, 
jump drills, flexibility, and conditioning.

MIDDLE SCHOOL TRYOUT PREP CLASS:
This class will focus on motions, jumps, standing tumbling, running tumbling, 
timing, voice projection, voice inflection, showmanship, crowd appeal, 
confidence, appearance, overall tryout impression and execution. 
Students will learn tryout material: cheer, chants, dance.

DANCE EXPRESS - COMBO CLASS:
Get your jazz hands ready and fluff your poms cuz it's time to get funky!
This class offers three genres of dance: jazz, pom, and hip hop! 
Students will learn three dance routines spending approximately four 
weeks per genre during the session.
 
CHEER TECHNIQUE TUMBLING CLASS:
This class is broken into four different levels.  Each class will focus on
standing and running tumbling skills appropriate for that level.  Each class
will also work on numerous jumps.  The level placements are as follows:
 
Cheer Technique Level I (beginner)
 
*Basic beginning tumbling skills:  front/back rolls, straddle rolls,
cartwheels, handstands, bridges.
*Introduction to  back bends, handstand front rolls, and roundoffs.  
*Basic beginning jumps:  whip approach, straight jump, 
tuck jump, and spread eagle.
 
Cheer Technique Level II  (intermediate)
 
*Continuation of Level I plus: back bends, handstand front rolls, 
roundoffs, front/back limbers, back bend kickover, front/back walkovers.  
*Introduction to backhandsprings. 
*Regarding jumps:  continuation of Level I, plus herkie, and toe touch.
 
Cheer Technique Level III  (backhandspring class)
 
*Continuation of Levels I & II:  plus, master two step roundoffs and 
power roundoffs, standing backhandsprings, and roundoff backhandspring. 
*Regarding jumps:  continuation of Levels I & II, plus, front hurdler,
side hurdler, pike, double nine.
 
Cheer Technique Level IV  (stick-n-stand class)
 
*Continuation of Levels I, II, & III plus: roundoff backhandspring 
series, cartwheel backhandsprings, standing tucks, roundoff tucks, 
roundoff backhandspring tucks, etc....more advanced tumbling skills and 
combination skills as they are ready.  
*Regarding jumps:  continuation of all jumps Levels I, II, & III, plus 
combination jumps and combination jumps & tumbling skills.
